As a sales associate my responsibility was to provide any one of my customers my
undivided attention. I helped each customer find what “look” fits them best, their sizes,
and any other needs they requested. I was also responsible for checking my customer
and my associate’s customers out as well at the cashier rack. It is my duty to work as a
team and too also keep the store organized and tidy.
Receptionist, West Volusia Psychiatrics’, Orange City, FL — 2010-2011
As a receptionist in the doctor’s office I was responsible for checking patients in
and out, making appointments, calling each patient to remind them of their
appointment, and to file and create new charts. It was also my responsibility to help keep
the office clean and organized.

As a receptionist at Massage Envy Spa, my duties were to ensure each customer
had a memorable experience and to assist in anything they request. It was also my job to
book/cancel appointments and to call each patient to remind them of their appointment.
With new patients, it was my job to try and get them to join our wellness program, to
continue their process of healing from any injury or pains.
Assistant Cheer Coach, UCF all-stars, — Summer 2010
As a summer camp cheer coach I was responsible for young girls between the
ages of 9-14 years old. Each day I would assist my cheerleaders in learning to work
together as a team, assist them on learning new skills such as flying and tumbling, and

was responsible for filing an incident report for any injuries. I also had to keep watch of
these young girls and hold meetings for the parents so they were aware as too what was
going on through out the day.

As fitness attendee it is my responsibility to make sure all equipment is clean and
is in proper working condition. My duties include folding and washing towels, replacing
and organizing items in the spa, to have the fitness rooms ready and prepared before a
class is held. I also attend to any of the residents needs such as help on how to use the
equipment, information on what is currently going on in the gym and to help and report
any issues they are dealing with within the gym and spa.
