Duties: Dealt more specifically with behaviors of clients. Travel to sections of houses
assigned to me by the supervisor; go house to house making sure the staffs are doing
their duties as an employee, making sure house tasks are being done, make sure
protocols are being followed, and clients are safe. If clients are having unstable
behaviors a staff will call the crisis float to come to the location to assist and aid the
situation and assure safety for that client and the safety of everyone in the house. As a
crisis float I also document everything that I do for each day working. Crisis float will
also cover staff-client ratio when needed, and will bring clients to appointments and
client activities.
