This study investigated female students' attitudes toward a web-enhanced educational technology course at the United Arab Emirates University. 66 female students enrolled in three sections of the course completed a survey about their experiences. The researchers found that incorporating web-based components into the traditional face-to-face course was viewed positively by students and enriched the learning environment. Prior computer experience, learning preferences, and experience with web-enhanced courses influenced students' attitudes. While the methodology provided useful findings, interviews may have provided additional insights into factors shaping students' perspectives. The study demonstrated educational benefits to a blended approach but noted support and resources would need to continue improving for long-term success.

It hypothesizes that there is a relationship between using social media and its impact on teaching and learning language, mediated by students' perceptions and viewing social media as a learning tool. A quantitative approach will be used, collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 50 undergraduates to understand their perspectives and the role of social media like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram in facilitating language acquisition. The findings could help evaluate social media's role in education and improve language teaching practices with technology.

The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of distance learning in the face of the spread of the Corona Pandemic called COVID-19 from the perspective of teachers in the governorate of Ramallah in the West Bank and the extent of the differences in their views on the effectiveness of the use of distance learning in the face of the Spread of the corona pandemic named COVID-19 according to the different variables of the study, namely the gender of the teacher, the scientific qualification of the teacher, the number of years of experience of the teacher. The study sample consisted of (192) teachers selected from primary schools in Ramallah governorate in the West Bank and the results showed that the overall level in applying the effectiveness of distance learning is high in view of the spread of the Corona Pandemic called COVID-19 from the point of view of Teachers in primary schools in Ramallah governorate in the West Bank and named Covid- 19From the perspective of teachers in Ramallah governorate in the West Bank according to the different variables of the study, namely the gender of the teacher and the scientific qualification of the teacher, with the results showing significant differences depending on the number years of experience of the teacher and in favor of the members of the study sample Study from the category of long-term experience (more than 10 years), the study recommends the development of the teaching tool, providing it with the necessary skills to use technological tools for distance learning

Positive online learning experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic remain
debatable in the literature where students and instructors have been enforced
to shift from conventional face-to-face meetings to virtual learning. This
study aims to explore English for specific purposes (ESP) students’
experiences during online learning, along with their concerns on learning
attainment and personal adaptations. A qualitative case-study method was
employed through interviews with students (n=19) from three private
universities in Indonesia. The obtained data were analyzed through thematic
analysis. Results showed that students of different departments approached
ESP differently, but they similarly reported facing difficulties in reaching the
learning objectives. They also experienced burnout from excessive online
learning and found themselves hardly adapting to various instructors’
strategies. These findings revealed the need to revisit online ESP delivery
classes in higher education. Implications for the future design of online ESP

Pre-service teachers develop technology competency during their tenure in the college classroom. These
stages coincide with Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy and offer the opportunity to learn and model technology
integration. 656 pre-service education students from five universities across the United States completed a
qualitative survey aimed at identifying how they perceived technology integration throughout their teacher
education program. Three themes, corresponding to Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy, were identified; 1) preservice
teachers first identify and understand technology as a tool, 2) pre-service teachers apply technology
and analyze the process of integration, and 3) overall, pre-service teachers do not evaluate and create
technology integration experiences. The results of this study are discussed thematically in relation to
Bloom’s revised taxonomy. Limitations are discussed and recommendations for future research examined
for pre-service teacher technology training.

This research aims to investigate social science education students’
preparedness before they attend problem-based hybrid learning (PBHL).
This research is quantitative research with an explorative survey method
conducted on college students taking Social Science Education Program in
Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia. The
participant of this study were 118 students, subsisting of 32 male and 86
female students. This research used a questionnaire with a 1-4 Likert scale as
an instrument to measure students’ readiness, weighted from their
motivation, prospective behavior, and information and communication
technolog (ICT) skills. The data collection process was carried out through
Google Form in April 2020. This research used descriptive quantitative
analysis to discover students’ preparedness and one-way ANOVA to identify
the effect of gender type to the students’ preparation in PBHL. The results of
this research show that social science education students’ preparedness
(motivation, prospective behavior, and ICT skills) in PBHL is classified
high, namely in the B+ category. Furthermore, the gender type has no
significant effect on students’ preparedness for PBHL (p>0.05).
Recommendation based on the research result is the university has to
facilitate easy internet access, such as by accelerating the bandwidth, internet

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning was conducted by online system. The objective of the research was to understand the commitments and preferences of students in online learning. A total of 516 students participated in filling out an online questionnaire. The data were analysed descriptively referring to the critical success factors (CSFs). Based on the research result, there were three most dominant obstacles, they were: i) Internet interference (42.71%); ii) Limited quota (24.49%); and iii) Other activities (22.92%). There were students who did not attend full-time (22.45%). The weak commitment was boredom (2.04%) and feeling that they understood the module (5.10%). There were students who do not study full-time, only filling out the attendance list (53.1%). A small number of students (2.04%) fill out the attendance list and upload assignments as a top priority. According to this research, 46.7% of students liked online learning and 39.7% did not like it. In addition, 42.83% of students were bored. It means that about 60% of saturation comes from like-dislike preferences. The remaining 40% are influenced by other factors. The students’ commitments and preferences are influenced by many factors. The present study aimed to examine the effect of Mobile Learning, which is a kind of E learning that uses mobile devices, on the development of the academic achievement of higher secondary commerce students at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. The study used the quasi-experimental approach. Participants consisted of (712) students who were registered in a group called Commerce offered by the Tamilnadu stateboard. Faculty of Engineering Technology (FTK), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. This study investigated the
perceptions of 177 second year students from four different departments taking mathematics subject. A set of
questionnaire that covers questions regarding students’ perceptions towards promoting interaction by
mathematics lecturers and also their classmates was distributed to the students. From the findings, a conclusion
was drawn regarding their perceptions towards promoting interaction for the classroom social environment.

Student’s commitments and preferences in online learning
Student’s commitments and preferences in online learningJournal of Education and Learning (EduLearn)
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning was conducted by online system. The objective of the research was to understand the commitments and preferences of students in online learning. A total of 516 students participated in filling out an online questionnaire. The data were analysed descriptively referring to the critical success factors (CSFs). Based on the research result, there were three most dominant obstacles, they were: i) Internet interference (42.71%); ii) Limited quota (24.49%); and iii) Other activities (22.92%). There were students who did not attend full-time (22.45%). The weak commitment was boredom (2.04%) and feeling that they understood the module (5.10%). There were students who do not study full-time, only filling out the attendance list (53.1%). A small number of students (2.04%) fill out the attendance list and upload assignments as a top priority. According to this research, 46.7% of students liked online learning and 39.7% did not like it. In addition, 42.83% of students were bored. It means that about 60% of saturation comes from like-dislike preferences. The remaining 40% are influenced by other factors. The students’ commitments and preferences are influenced by many factors. The present study aimed to examine the effect of Mobile Learning, which is a kind of E learning that uses mobile devices, on the development of the academic achievement of higher secondary commerce students at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. The study used the quasi-experimental approach. Participants consisted of (712) students who were registered in a group called Commerce offered by the Tamilnadu stateboard. The questionnaires were givent to students in the experimental group. Data collection tools included an academic achievement test and feedback rating scale. Results showed that mobile learning had quite significant effect on both students' academic achievement and conversational skills. is interaction amongst the students. The objective of this study is to understand and examine the engineering
technology students’ perceptions towards promoting interaction for the classroom social environment at the
Faculty of Engineering Technology (FTK), Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka. This study investigated the
perceptions of 177 second year students from four different departments taking mathematics subject. A set of
questionnaire that covers questions regarding students’ perceptions towards promoting interaction by
mathematics lecturers and also their classmates was distributed to the students. From the findings, a conclusion
was drawn regarding their perceptions towards promoting interaction for the classroom social environment.
The result shows that students have a very good perception in increasing a positive social environment where
both parties, which are lecturers and classmates, play an important role in promoting interaction

With the rapid popularization of Internet technology, the traditional teaching mode in colleges has been unable to meet the current teaching needs. How to make better use of Internet technology to realize online and offline mixed teaching during the epidemic is an important issue. The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors affecting online learning. Our results demonstrated that self-control, course interest, teacher’s teaching style and method, and teaching platform are essential factors affecting online learning.

Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion. The emotional and psychological toll on student activists is significant, but their sense of purpose and community support mitigates some of these challenges. However, the researchers call for acknowledging the broader Impact of these sacrifices on the future global movement of FreePalestine.
