Recruitment and retention of skilled and experienced child protection workers is one of the key issues impacting on successful delivery of child protection services. Assessment Criteria
The assignment will be assessed according to the following

Ability to show a high standard critical analysis
Ability to outline the differences between authors arguments.
Ability to integrate literature and to present it in a coherent and
valuable format that argues for the importance of studying the
problem/issue you have chosen to research
