Task 2d- Identify the elementsthat connect the 3 different parts of the
magazine
All three parts have the masthead. The frontcover and contents page have it in
large font in the top left hand corner, however, the contents page has it but
the fontis really small and it's on the bottom left hand corner, next to the page
number. Using this on every page creates branding.
The typography on every page varies from large and smalltext. The most
important pieces of information is always the largest in size and then the size
of font goes down as does the importance.
All the pages havea neat layout. They keep every page of the magazine neatly
organised so that people can easily read it and don't have a hard time reading
it and will enjoy the content much more.
All the pages follow a consistent colour scheme. The useof the colours may
vary in quantity but they always usethe samethree colours. They do this so
the magazinefollows a content theme and it all fits/flows together.
The language and images used in all three pages would address the target
audience. They would read the text and know whatkind of magazine this is
and know it relates to them. The three pages also all have a main image on
them that is anchored to something else on the page.
