3. Concerning hair a running theme is that all hair is long
however it ranges in styles from curly to straight, from
down to up. It also ranges in colors however the main
colors seem to be black, brown and blonde. Red and
other hair colors (bright dyed ones) are not often
shown.

4. Makeup

5. Concerning makeup a running theme seems to be
that there is always makeup worn and it seems to be
quite heavy which brings out the models face, also
heavy eye makeup seems to be quite common.

7. Concerning costumes styles seem to vary from what
would be classified as cute to what would be
classified as ‘grunger’ style, these two styles are quite
diverse. It is also quite common for the costumes to
coincide with color e.g. black jeans will be matched
with black shoes, or a monochrome idea will be
forced, e.g. a white dress with black shoes.

9. • Concerning locations a common theme is that they
always seem quite busy, whether they are filled with
balloons, or in a school, or in a shop. It is rarely bare
however a backdrop can be used which can draw
attention more so to the model. Color in location is
a big theme as it breaks up what could be an all
white back drop.

11. Concerning props a running theme seems to be
playful turned sexy, for example the use of
bubblegum comes across quite sexy due to the pose
of the model, this runs for the cupcake as well. The
props also usually coincide with the location e.g. the
cupcake is in the location of a bakery kitchen.
