As per the divisions' report, explicitly state in the STATUS Columns the exact amount of OBLIGATED, DISBURSED, and REMAINING downloaded PSF. In the Remarks column, you may indicate any information/reason (e.g. for supplies & materials, for CLC ) to support the breakdown of PSF in the STATUS columns.
- Enumerate the regional initiated activities related to Alternative Learning System which were PSF funded (will be funded if not yet conducted). Write the amount and indicate the status of the allocated amount. In the Remarks column, you may indicate any information/reason to support the breakdown of PSF in the STATUS columns or the conduct/implementation of the activity.
- -Kindly indicate the Total Amount of downloaded fund to the Region for the Purpose of Travel Expenses. -In column 1, enumerate the activities that BAE conducted where representative/s of the region attended/participated to. In column 2, indicate the amount of travel expenses disbursed to the attendees. -In the Remarks column, you may indicate any information related to the amount disbursed.

- For the PSF Proposal, make sure to include the BEDP Pillar (You may choose from Quality, Equity, Access, of Well-being and Resillience) You also need to specify which MATATAG Agenda you will/may address given the OUTPUT you target. (You may choose from Curriculum, Delivery of Education Facilities and Services, Promoting Inclusive Education and Positive Learning Environment, and Support Teachers to Teach Better) For the Intermediate Outcome, we suggest that you make use of "All school-age children and youth and adults in situations of disadvantage are participating in inclusive basic learning opportunities and receiving appropriate quality education" For the Immediate Outcome, this will depend on the Output that you target to achieve after conducting an activity. What will be the immediate outcome (for educators or teachers or learners) if the output is achieved. The output may not be the sole "need" for the immediate outcome to be achieved but it (the output) is a contributor to the immediate outcome. For the component you may choose from (curriculum, delivery, learners' resources, teacher training, monitoring and evaluation, provision of technical assistance, program management - or any eligible expenses as per DO 28 s 2022) For the output, this is the targeted output of the activity. (Example: trained teachers, developed modules) For the output indicator, this is the MOV of the output (Example: Number of trained teachers, No. of developed modules) For the activity this is the title of the activity. For the budget proposal this is the allocation for a particular activity ( basis is your budget estimate) For the time frame, this is the duration of the activity or the dates of the conduct of the activity. ***Please note that it is possible to target an output with more that 1 activity.
