बड़े दुख के साथ आपको यह पत्र लिखना पड़ रहा है जहां एक और आप दिन रात परिश्रम कर भारत को विश्वगुरु और आत्मनिर्भर भारत बनाने के लिए निर्मल मन से प्रयत्नशील है वही आपके अंर्तगत शिक्षा मंत्रालय और यूजीसी की मिलीभगत से आपके विश्वगुरु और आत्मनिर्भर भारत के संकल्प , देश के युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ और लाखो करोड़ो अभिभावकों के विश्वास को धता बताते हुए शिक्षा मंत्रालय और इसके अंतर्गत कार्य करने वाली संस्थाएं यूजीसी और नेक बैंगलोर निजी शिक्षण संस्थाओं को मोटा पैसा लेकर नेक में अच्छा ग्रेड और एनआईआरएफ रैंकिंग रेवड़ी की तरह प्रदान करने में लगा हुआ है। निजी शिक्षण संस्थाओं द्वारा बड़े स्तर फर्जी डाटा जमा कर नेक एक्रेडिटेशन और एनआईआरएफ रैंकिंग दी जा रही है। गंभीर प्रश्न तो यह है कि सैकड़ों शिकायते बाकायदा पुख्ता प्रमाणों और सबूतों के साथ शिक्षा मंत्री भारत सरकार, चेयरमैन यूजीसी, चेयरमैन नेक बैंगलोर, निदेशक नेक बैंगलोर को अभी तक की गई है परंतु कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई उल्टा नेक ग्रेड ए और ए प्लस प्रदान कर दिया गया है। यही नहीं सीएजी और पीएमओ आपके कार्यालय के शिकायत ग्रीवेंस पोर्टल पर भी शिकायत की गई परंतु शिक्षा मंत्रालय के निदेशक श्रीमती स्मिता श्रीवास्तव, निदेशक (यूजीसी) शिक्षा मंत्रालय भारत सरकार (Rm No. 326-C, C-Wing MHRD, Shastri Bhawan New Delhi) द्वारा गलत और भ्रामक पत्र आपके प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय के शिकायत पोर्टल पर अपलोड कर मामले को रफा दफा कर उक्त संस्थान को पैसे लेकर नेक में ए ग्रेड प्रदान करना आपके कार्यालय को भी संदेह के घेरे में लेकर आ गया है। इनके द्वारा जो पत्र आपके पोर्टल पर अपलोड किया गया है वह खुल ही नही रहा है और उसकी दोबारा से शिकायत और अपील की जा चुकी है जो अभी तक अंडर प्रोसेस में दर्शाई गई है।
