The Comsats Grand Welcome Party 2K16 was held on October 24th to welcome students from different departments. Faculty members like Dr. Majid Khan and teachers were in attendance along with other officials. Students performed different activities for the audience which helped enhance confidence and create friendly relations between students and teachers.

The most awaited event took place on 24th October, 'Comsats Grand Welcome Party 2K16
' in which students of different departments were invited. From the side of faculty,Dr. Majid
Khan (HOD CS), Dr. Zulfiqar, Asst. Professor Tehseen Riaz Abbasi. Lecturer Waqar Khan,
Asst. Registrar Asif a Malik, Asst.Registrar Waqas Afridi,Security Chief Major Rashid, Miss
Sameera, Program Officer International Office, Miss Ayesha, International Office, Miss
Ramla, Program Officer, International Office, Miss Sobia, Manager Business Incubation
Centre, Miss Sadia, Program Officer, China Study Centre and other officials of COMSATS
Islamabad were there. There were different activities performed by the students of comsats
for the enjoyment of audience. According to the teachers the purpose of such kind of
activities is to enhance confidence among students and to create a friendly relation between
students and teachers.
