Recognition Day for the Toddlers of Grade LKG was held to award the young achievers. The little bundles of talent were recognized and awarded for their excellence, relentless effort and outstanding performance in various skills of learning.
The students in the cookery club made relishing and healthy fruit cream and in the science club they learnt to make an air conditioner. In the DIY club they displayed the scintillating talent by learning to make the pattern with paints on pots and in the mass media club they learnt the art of displaying the headlines and content.

APLOMB.
TO MAKE THE DAY SPECIAL AND AS A MARK OF RESPECT,
STUDENTS PRESENTED A TOKEN OF LOVE THROUGH
THE PLETHORA OF ACTIVITIES LIKE SPEECH, POEMS.
STUDENTS ALSO MAGNIFICENTLY SHOWCASED THEIR
DANCING SKILLS IN THE FORM OF BHANGRA AND
REJUVENATED THE GATHERING. NUKKAD NATAK, WHICH
CONVEYED A SPECIAL MESSAGE TO WORK HARD
WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT THE RESULT OR BENEFIT
WAS LIKED BY ALL.
THE WORKERS WERE OVERWHELMED WATCHING THE
SHOW AND WERE SHIMMERING IN PRIDE.
3. The Project Day was an interactive
event for students with quick
learning opportunities & interactive
approach in propagating
experiential learning. Students gave
power point presentation working in
collaboration on global issues.
Health and nutrition were explained
with culinary arts. Best out of waste
and poster making on e-waste
management kept students engaged
in learning. It was a day filled with
great learning outcomes.
4. Today, Students of Primary wing came to school only with their lunch bags, and
no school bags to enjoy no bag day, which is devoted to practical and experiential
learning with fun filled activities. Grade I-III enjoyed laughter yoga followed by
poster making activity. A video on basic etiquettes were shown to them to make
them understand the importance of mannerism in one's life.
5. 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬, 𝐌𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭
It is a matter of pride to announce that Vansh Rawat of Grade X
bagged 1 silver medal and 2 Bronze medals in the Ist National
Inter District Roller Skating Championship held at Dhelpur in
Mohali.
School wishes him good luck in his future endeavours.
6. Competitions fuel your learning by
stimulating creative thoughts,
developing your interests and
talents and offering you to do
something you really enjoy.
Munchkins of nursery pre-primary
wing participated in Elephant Race
and showed enthusiasm to win. LKG
students talked at length in 'All
About Me' and came out as an
expert in oratory skills. UKG
students came dressed up in attires
of super heroes and spoke about
their character. A great day with
power packed performance!
7. THE INVESTITURE CEREMONY (JUNIOR)
MARKING THE FORMATION OF NEW ‘STUDENT
CABINET’ FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2023-24
WAS SOLEMNISED WITH GREAT POMP AND
DIGNITY.
The investiture ceremony signifies the reliance and
confidence that the school consigns in the newly
invested office bearers. Donning the mantle of
accountability, they also pledge to bestow their
duties to the best of their abilities.
8. The investiture and felicitation
ceremony (senior) was organised
marking the formation of new
senate. The School ground buzzed
with pride and enthusiasm. Donning

moment for the spectators to
witness the felicitation ceremony
wherein meritorious students of
senior school were felicitated for the
session 2022-23 by Director Sir and
Principal Ma'am. The ceremony
came to a close with the choral
singing of the national anthem.
9. “It’s not the honour that you take with
you, but the HERITAGE you leave
behind.”
The students of Grade IX came up with
art expo on the theme 'cultural heritage'
in special assembly. They presented
different states of India with its culture,
tradition food cuisine clothing and
important places to visit through props
and placards. It was a great learning
experience for the students as they
came to know about the detailed
information of various states.

organised a felicitation ceremony to
honour students for their
impeccable achievements in the
Board Examinations 2022-23 in
Grade XII and X. Academic achievers
were felicitated with the letter of
appreciation along with G. S
Memorial scholarships for the
deserving students by worthy
Director Sir and Principal Ma'am.

We are pleased to share with you all that
our Principal, Ms. Kirti Sharma has been
elected as Secretary of Ludhiana
Sahodaya School Complex (LSSC central)
during the annual meeting of Sahodaya
for the session 2023-24 held at JSHS
campus. Approximately 35 Principals of
different CBSE schools attended the
meeting.
15. In the continual attempt to bring joy
to young learners smile, "NO BAG
DAY" was held with the theme
"HELPING HANDS." The young Jesus
sacred heartians were ecstatic as
they explored the stalls set up by
children dressed as vegetable
vendors, etc. Later, they were
explained the value of helpers and
the significance of obedience. It was
a day full of joy and smiles.
16. JSHS kicks off Summer Camp with
excitement and fun.
The day was filled with adventure,
learning, and memorable
experiences for our kids as they
participated in a variety of engaging
activities like astounding art, AI,
Robotics, handball, skating, skill
augmentation, modelling, swimming,
open gusto games etc that fostered
their creativity, encouraged
teamwork and nurtured their
personal growth.
