In 2001, the company reorganized, eliminating its divisional structure and moved into a functional
organizational arrangement where I was tasked with establishing worldwide spare parts, service, and rental
and repair organization.
 Refurbished operations in Aberdeen, Scotland, Singapore, Lafayette, Louisiana, and Houston Texas.
 Established new operations in Stavanger, Norway, Dubai, U.A.E., and Macae, Brazil
