CPITRemoving a user from a course will delete all of their course data, including grades and submitted files. Instructors should back up the grade center before removing any users to preserve student grades, and should archive the course to save any files submitted by students which are not retained after user removal. Confirmation of user removal is required by typing "Yes".

The whole process of assigning test and evaluating their scores after the test was done manually. Processing the test paper i.e. checking and distributing respective scores used to take time and effort.
To counter this problem a new system have been developed which is called “Online Examination System”.

The user interface for the program will be text-menu driven.
Figure 1 depicts what the menu should look like upon launching the program.

SECTION 1: USER INTERFACE
The program will behave in the following manner:
A - Menu: Menu item selection must be validated.
Upon program launching, the Menu will be drawn on the screen (see Figure 1). If a user
enters an invalid menu number, the program must advise the user to enter a valid
selection, and try again.
B - Menu Selections:
Selection 1 - Add Student to a course
When user selects item 1, the program asks the user for the Student's last name, first
name, student id, and her year in college.
If the Student ID provided is not in the course, the program then adds the student to the
course, and prints out the student’s record confirming the addition:

The program will validate that a student with that ID is not already in the course:

Remove Courses From the Course List

Adding a Course Cartridge to Blackboard

Copy Course Contents Into a New Course
To copy the materials from one course to another, go to the Control Panel and click Course Copy. Select the option to copy course materials into an existing course, browse to select the destination course, do not check the enrollments option, and submit. Once confirmation is received, the new course will have the exact same contents as the original course.
Grade Center Views
Views can be created in the grade center to organize graded and non-graded components, reduce clutter, and focus on specific types of assignments. This document demonstrates creating a category for non-graded items, assigning non-graded components to that category, and generating a smart view that only displays the non-graded category to streamline the grade center view.
Student Using Collaboration
1) All users should arrive five minutes early and allow time for collaboration set up by viewing the training materials.
2) Click "Communication" and then "Collaboration" to access the collaboration tools. Allow pop-ups if a blocker appears.
3) Click "Join" in the collaboration session area and allow installation if a yellow bar appears requesting permission.

Using The Grade Center
The Grade Center is located in the Control Panel and is used to efficiently grade student assignments and activities. It allows instructors to automatically calculate mid-term grades, add or remove assignments from grading periods, and drag-and-drop to rearrange the order of items. Any assignments created with points in Blackboard are automatically included. Instructors can organize, upload, download, and view grades and set grading periods in the Manage menu. Grading periods are added by providing a name, dates, and options. Calculated columns and additional graded components like attendance can also be added. The order of columns can be rearranged and students can view their grades by clicking My Grades.
Weighted Grades

Power Grid Model is an open source project from Linux Foundation Energy and provides a calculation engine that is increasingly essential for DSOs. It offers a standards-based foundation enabling real-time power systems analysis, simulations of electrical power grids, and sophisticated what-if analysis. In addition, it enables in-depth studies and analysis of the electrical power grid’s behavior and performance. Remove User From Course
- 1. Removing Users From a Course
- 2. If a user is removed from a course, all of the user’s data for that particular course will be lost. This includes the user’s grades that appear in the grade center and any files the user has submitted electronically for that course. Be sure to back up the course data prior to removing a student from a course. Refer to the training module titled “Backing up the Grade Center” to back up student grades. Backing up the grade center will not preserve files submitted by users. Through the control panel instructors can also archive a course to save all files submitted by students.
- 3. Select Remove Users from Course
- 4. Search for the user by last name, user name, or email
