E-Government has replaced traditional face-to-face government transactions with electronic interactions. This shift to e-government has impacted basic societal institutions like family, education, religion, and the economy. The penetration of information and communication technologies into government services may affect levels of public trust in society. This article analyzes how e-government impacts institutions and consequently public trust and democracy. It also discusses how the Five Dimensional Justice Model can moderate the relationship between e-government's institutional changes and trust in government. The research confirms a significant relationship between the institutional dynamics of e-government and levels of trust among the public.

It can reach a wider audience than traditional bullying and is feared more by parents. The Effect of Internet Usage on Marriage
Introduction
The rapid growth of internet usage over the last two decades has been influencing many aspects of our life and most noticeably the ways in which people communicate with each other. Therefore, it is appropriate to ask whether the growth of internet usage influences individuals’ marital decisions in modern society. This study will concentrate on the effect of the growing internet usage on marriage.
Over the last two decades, the internet has become truly widespread, and there is no doubt that this new means of communication influence and profoundly changed many substantial aspects of our lives. Email usage became standard, online dating sites multiplies, social networks’ popularity has been spectacularly growing, all giving evidence of the of the noteworthy role that online communication plays in our lives nowadays and of the very different opportunities we have now as compared to the situation some twenty years ago.
The young people are the most likely to exploit fully these opportunities, and there are several ways in which the means of online communication may make their life both easier and richer as compared to the generation of their parents. Easier from the point of view that search for a life partner does not have to be only in the real world, but might be countered on the internet. There are enough examples of happy couples that met for the first time on a social network, a discussion forum or other web platform, or who found each other directly through the services of an online dating site.
This shows just how these successfully formed partnerships have changed our lives in a way or another. The study, the effect of internet usage on marriage, would also help shed some light on the effect of the increasing internet usage on the divorce rate. There are certainly many aspects of marriage that internet usage can influence, but this study will concentrate mostly on the beginning of the marital process. It will particularly try to establish if the reduction of search costs, given by the fact that through the internet, more potential partners can be reached in a significantly shorter time, leads people to marry sooner or later.
I chose this study as way of trying to complement the already growing numbers of studies done on this topic both from a sociological an economic point of view. It will primarily be positioned within the economic stream of literature and by doing so; present an econometric approach that makes it possible to ascertain the effect of an increasing internet usage on individuals’ marital decisions. To be able to achieve this using IT as leverage to provide answers to the various questions that arise sums up all the reasons as to why I settled for this topic.

The Effect of Internet Usage on Marriage
Introduction
The rapid growth of internet usage over the last two decades has been influencing many aspects of our life and most noticeably the ways in which people communicate with each other. Therefore, it is appropriate to ask whether the growth of internet usage influences individuals’ marital decisions in modern society. This study will concentrate on the effect of the growing internet usage on marriage.
Over the last two decades, the internet has become truly widespread, and there is no doubt that this new means of communication influence and profoundly changed many substantial aspects of our lives. Email usage became standard, online dating sites multiplies, social networks’ popularity has been spectacularly growing, all giving evidence of the of the noteworthy role that online communication plays in our lives nowadays and of the very different opportunities we have now as compared to the situation some twenty years ago.
The young people are the most likely to exploit fully these opportunities, and there are several ways in which the means of online communication may make their life both easier and richer as compared to the generation of their parents. Easier from the point of view that search for a life partner does not have to be only in the real world, but might be countered on the internet. There are enough examples of happy couples that met for the first time on a social network, a discussion forum or other web platform, or who found each other directly through the services of an online dating site.
This shows just how these successfully formed partnerships have changed our lives in a way or another. The study, the effect of internet usage on marriage, would also help shed some light on the effect of the increasing internet usage on the divorce rate. There are certainly many aspects of marriage that internet usage can influence, but this study will concentrate mostly on the beginning of the marital process. It will particularly try to establish if the reduction of search costs, given by the fact that through the internet, more potential partners can be reached in a significantly shorter time, leads people to marry sooner or later.
I chose this study as way of trying to complement the already growing numbers of studies done on this topic both from a sociological an economic point of view. It will primarily be positioned within the economic stream of literature and by doing so; present an econometric approach that makes it possible to ascertain the effect of an increasing internet usage on individuals’ marital decisions. To be able to achieve this using IT as leverage to provide answers to the various questions that arise sums up all the reasons as to why I settled for this topic.

This study examined internet abuse among Turkish teenagers and its relationship to internet usage patterns and demographics. The researchers collected data via questionnaire from 1380 high school students. They found that a small portion were considered internet abusers experiencing severe problems, while one fourth experienced occasional problems. Excessive use, tolerance, preoccupation, and using the internet to escape negative feelings were the most common symptoms of disturbed online behavior. Internet abuse differed based on gender, perceived academic achievement, frequency of use, place of use, and purpose of use, but not socioeconomic status or type of school.

Social media use and the #25jan Egyptian uprising (ECREA 2012, Istanbul)
Previous studies have shown that social media use among participants in the 25 January Egyptian uprising was high and that protesters indicate that social media were important in their decision to join the protests (Tufekci & Wilson, 2012; Wilson & Dunn, 2011). Other studies suggest that the attitudes toward the regime and toward democracy in general prior to the uprising were no different from non-users (Norris, 2012). So far, no direct comparison has been made between protesters and a equivalent group of non-protesters in terms of their social media use. In this paper, we use data that have been gathered by Vote Compass Egypt, an online voting tool, to compare protesters and non-protesters in how important they rate different sources of political information. The results show that participants in the 25 January uprising rely more on Facebook and Twitter to get political information, and less on mass media (radio and TV). The association between protest participation and social media use is mediated by higher optimism about the future of the country, more democratic attitudes and less trust in government. Use of mass media is associated with less protest participation through more trust in government.

Cell Therapy Expansion and Challenges in Autoimmune Disease
There is increasing confidence that cell therapies will soon play a role in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, but the extent of this impact remains to be seen. Early readouts on autologous CAR-Ts in lupus are encouraging, but manufacturing and cost limitations are likely to restrict access to highly refractory patients. Allogeneic CAR-Ts have the potential to broaden access to earlier lines of treatment due to their inherent cost benefits, however they will need to demonstrate comparable or improved efficacy to established modalities.
In addition to infrastructure and capacity constraints, CAR-Ts face a very different risk-benefit dynamic in autoimmune compared to oncology, highlighting the need for tolerable therapies with low adverse event risk. CAR-NK and Treg-based therapies are also being developed in certain autoimmune disorders and may demonstrate favorable safety profiles. Several novel non-cell therapies such as bispecific antibodies, nanobodies, and RNAi drugs, may also offer future alternative competitive solutions with variable value propositions.
Widespread adoption of cell therapies will not only require strong efficacy and safety data, but also adapted pricing and access strategies. At oncology-based price points, CAR-Ts are unlikely to achieve broad market access in autoimmune disorders, with eligible patient populations that are potentially orders of magnitude greater than the number of currently addressable cancer patients. Developers have made strides towards reducing cell therapy COGS while improving manufacturing efficiency, but payors will inevitably restrict access until more sustainable pricing is achieved.
Despite these headwinds, industry leaders and investors remain confident that cell therapies are poised to address significant unmet need in patients suffering from autoimmune disorders. However, the extent of this impact on the treatment landscape remains to be seen, as the industry rapidly approaches an inflection point.
