Preface:
Potential Difference has developed the ReGenX Generator and ReGen-X Quantum Motor
which both operate with a US patented Load Current Delay.
As a result of the Load Current Delay the ReGenX Generator is capable of generating any
magnitude of electricity to a load with zero mechanical input power, at Infinite Efficiency.
Similarly the ReGen-X Quantum Motor is capable of performing Mechanical Work with
Time Delayed Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy and with zero electric input power,
also at Infinite Efficiency.
Quantum Electron Spin or Electromagnetic Field (Photon) Energy is externalized around
any current carrying conductor when an Electromotive Force is applied to the conductor.
The ReGenX Generator simultaneously performs Electricity Generation and Positive Work
(system Kinetic Energy increase) with the Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy, which
is externalized around the ReGenX Generator coils when generating electric output power
to a load.
Like the ReGenX Generator, the ReGen-X Quantum Motor also utilizes Electron Magnetic
Field (Photon) Energy, which is externalized around the ReGenX Motor coils and which
produces Mechanical Work (system Kinetic Energy increase).
Test Protocol Objectives:
The following test protocol will establish that;
1) All conventional electric generators perform Negative Work (system Kinetic Energy
decrease / Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque) with Electron Magnetic Field (Photon)
Energy, which is externalized around the generator coils during their conversion of
mechanical input power to electric output power.
2) All conventional electric generators operate at greater than 100% efficiency when the
absolute value of both the electric output and mechanical output are used in the
efficiency calculation.
2a) When the generator's mechanical output and Negative Work are ignored, the
generator's efficiency is reduced to below 100% efficiency. The Negative Work performed
in all conventional generators is performed with Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy
at infinite efficiency.
3) The ReGenX Generator performs Positive Work (system Kinetic Energy increase /
Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque) with Time Domain delayed Electron Magnetic
Field (Photon) Energy, which is externalized around the generator coils during their
electric output power generation.
4) Because the ReGenX Generator produces a Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque it
requires zero mechanical input power when placed On-Load and when generating any
amount of electric output power.
5) The ReGenX Generator's Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque produced by the
Time Delayed and externalized Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy, performs
Positive Work and increases the Kinetic Energy of the system (generator and prime
mover).
6) The Regen-X Quantum Motor utilizes the Time Delayed Electron Magnetic Field
(Photon) Energy which performs Positive Work as it increases the Kinetic Energy of the
system with zero energy input.
7) Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy performs Negative Work in conventional
electric generators and Positive Work in ReGenX Generators when delayed sufficiently in
the Time Domain.
8) Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy performs Positive Work in all conventional
electric motors when external electric energy is supplied to the motor.
8a) When the Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy is delayed in the Time Domain in
the ReGen-X Quantum Motor zero external electric energy is required to perform Positive
Work (system Kinetic Energy increase).
Test Methodology:
Two different prototypes (E core design and C core design) will be employed in order to
quantify and demonstrate;
A) The Negative Work performed in the conventional electric generator when generating
a certain magnitude of electric output power.
B) The Load Current Sine Wave for the conventional generator coil.
C) The magnitude of Rotational Kinetic Energy decrease created in the conventional
generator by Electron Magnetic Field Energy (Photon Energy).
D) The “black box” efficiency of the conventional electric generator (ignoring the
mechanical output power produced).
E) The Positive Work performed by the ReGenX Generator when generating a certain
magnitude of electric output power.
F) The Load Current Sine Wave for the ReGenX Generator coil.
F) The magnitude of Rotational Kinetic Energy produced in the ReGenX Generator by
Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy.
G) The magnitude of Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy – Flux Harvested from the
ReGenX Generator coil to the conventional generator coil.
H) The efficiency of the ReGenX Generator.
I) The magnitude of Rotational Kinetic Energy increase created in the ReGen-X Quantum
Motor by the externalized Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy when no external
prime mover is employed.
J) The magnitude of Rotational Kinetic Energy increase created in the ReGen-X Quantum
Motor by the externalized Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy when an external
prime mover is employed.
J) The efficiency of the ReGen-X Quantum Motor in both operational conditions.
Test Procedure:
1) E Core prototype #1 will be brought up to Rotational Equilibrium where the drive shaft
Net Torque and Power are both zero.
E Core Conventional Electric Generator Performance
The E Core prototype employs a conventional generator coil wound around an E core and
two ReGenX Generator coils wound on the E core's middle finger.
2) The conventional generator coil will be connected to a purely resistive load and the
electric power delivered to the load will be measured and recorded.
3) The increase in prime mover power consumption will be recorded.
*Based on previous operation the conventional generator will deliver about 10 Watts to
the load and the prime mover power consumption will increase by about 20 Watts.
4) The Load Current Sine Wave for the conventional generator coil will be observed on
the oscilloscope.
5) The efficiency of the conventional generator will be calculated at less than 100%.
6) The Rotational Kinetic Energy decrease performed by the externalized Electron
Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy will be calculated.
6a) The conventional generator's Infinite Efficiency at decreasing the Rotational Kinetic
Energy of the system (generator and prime mover) will be calculated.
E Core ReGenX Generator Performance
6) The ReGenX Generator coil will be connected to an identical purely resistive load and
the increased electric power delivered to the load will be measured and recorded.
7) The decrease in prime mover power consumption will be recorded.
8) The delayed Load Current Sine Wave will be observed on the oscilloscope.
9) The magnitude of Flux Harvested Electron Magnetic Field Energy will be recorded.
10) The Infinite Efficiency of the ReGenX Generator will be calculated.
11) The Rotational Kinetic Energy increase performed by the externalized Electron
Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy will be calculated.
12) The ReGenX Generator's Infinite Efficiency at increasing the Rotational Kinetic Energy
of the system (generator and prime mover) will be calculated.
E Core ReGen-X Quantum Motor Performance
13) The RPM increase for the ReGen-X Quantum Motor will be recorded.
14) The ReGen-X Quantum Motor Rotational Kinetic Energy increase will be calculated.
15) The decrease in prime mover power consumption will be recorded.
16) The Infinite Efficiency of the ReGen-X Quantum Motor will be calculated.
C Core ReGenX Generator Performance Operating Above the Critical Minimum
Frequency
C Core prototype #2 has 4 commercially wound ReGenX coils mounted on Met-glass C
core material.
17) C Core prototype #2 will be brought up to Rotational Equilibrium where the drive
shaft Net Torque and Power are both zero.
18) Prototype #2 will be placed on-load and approximately 120 Watts of DC power will be
delivered to a battery.
19) The prime mover power consumption reduction will be recorded.
20) The magnitude of Flux Harvested Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy will be
recorded.
21) The prime mover RPM increase will be recorded.
22) The infinite efficiency of the ReGenX Generator will be calculated.
23) The Rotational Kinetic Energy increase performed by the Electron Magnetic Field
(Photon) Energy will be calculated.
24) The ReGenX Generator's Infinite Efficiency at increasing the Rotational Kinetic Energy
of the system (generator and prime mover) will be calculated.
C Core ReGenX Generator Performance Operating Below the Critical Minimum
Frequency
25) C Core prototype #2 will be brought up to Rotational Equilibrium at a Frequency of
Operation which is below the Critical Minimum Frequency as required to establish
Regenerative Acceleration where the drive shaft Net Torque and Power are both zero.
26) Prototype #2 will be placed on-load and DC power will be delivered to a battery.
27) The prime mover power consumption increase will be recorded.
28) The prime mover RPM decrease will be recorded.
29) The efficiency of the ReGenX Generator will be calculated.
30) The Rotational Kinetic Energy decrease performed by the Electron Magnetic Field
(Photon) Energy will be calculated.
31) The ReGenX Generator's Infinite Efficiency at decreasing the Rotational Kinetic
Energy of the system (generator and prime mover) will be calculated.
C Core ReGen-X Quantum Motor Performance with Commutator
32) A single (1 of 4) ReGen-X Quantum Motor coil will employ a commutator in order to
establish Rotational Equilibrium at about 700 RPM (140 Hz).
33) The electrical input power required by the single ReGen-X Quantum Motor coil will be
recorded.
34) The RPM will be established and recorded.
35) The Rotational Kinetic Energy will be calculated.
36) The remaining 3 ReGen-X Quantum Motor coils will be used to increase the RPM of
the system and the Rotational Kinetic Energy with zero externally supplied electric
energy.
37) The higher RPM will be recorded.
38) The increased Rotational Kinetic Energy will be calculated.
39) The Net increase in Rotational Kinetic Energy will be calculated.
40) The efficiency of the ReGen-X Quantum Motor will be calculated.
C Core ReGen-X Quantum Motor Performance with Prime Mover
41) The ReGen-X Quantum Motor will be brought to Rotational Equilibrium at about 3400
RPM (680 Hz) – where the Mechanical Drive Shaft Power = zero Watts.
42) The electrical input power to ReGen-X Quantum Motor coil will be recorded.
43) The RPM will be established and recorded.
44) The Rotational Kinetic Energy will be calculated.
45) The 4 ReGen-X Quantum Motor coils will be used to increase the RPM of the system
and the Rotational Kinetic Energy with zero externally supplied electric energy.
46) The higher RPM will be recorded.
47) The increased Rotational Kinetic Energy will be calculated.
48) The Net increase in Rotational Kinetic Energy will be calculated.
49) The efficiency of the ReGen-X Quantum Motor will be calculated.

ReGenX Generator and ReGenX Quantum Motor Test and Performance Protocol

  • 1. HRH ReGenX Generator and ReGen-X Quantum Motor Test and Performance Protocol 02/20/2021 Prepared by: Thane C. Heins Preface: Potential Difference has developed the ReGenX Generator and ReGen-X Quantum Motor which both operate with a US patented Load Current Delay. As a result of the Load Current Delay the ReGenX Generator is capable of generating any magnitude of electricity to a load with zero mechanical input power, at Infinite Efficiency. Similarly the ReGen-X Quantum Motor is capable of performing Mechanical Work with Time Delayed Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy and with zero electric input power, also at Infinite Efficiency. Quantum Electron Spin or Electromagnetic Field (Photon) Energy is externalized around any current carrying conductor when an Electromotive Force is applied to the conductor. The ReGenX Generator simultaneously performs Electricity Generation and Positive Work (system Kinetic Energy increase) with the Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy, which is externalized around the ReGenX Generator coils when generating electric output power to a load. Like the ReGenX Generator, the ReGen-X Quantum Motor also utilizes Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy, which is externalized around the ReGenX Motor coils and which produces Mechanical Work (system Kinetic Energy increase). Test Protocol Objectives: The following test protocol will establish that; 1) All conventional electric generators perform Negative Work (system Kinetic Energy decrease / Counter-Electromagnetic-Torque) with Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy, which is externalized around the generator coils during their conversion of mechanical input power to electric output power. 2) All conventional electric generators operate at greater than 100% efficiency when the absolute value of both the electric output and mechanical output are used in the efficiency calculation. 2a) When the generator's mechanical output and Negative Work are ignored, the generator's efficiency is reduced to below 100% efficiency. The Negative Work performed
  • 2. in all conventional generators is performed with Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy at infinite efficiency. 3) The ReGenX Generator performs Positive Work (system Kinetic Energy increase / Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque) with Time Domain delayed Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy, which is externalized around the generator coils during their electric output power generation. 4) Because the ReGenX Generator produces a Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque it requires zero mechanical input power when placed On-Load and when generating any amount of electric output power. 5) The ReGenX Generator's Complementary-Electromagnetic-Torque produced by the Time Delayed and externalized Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy, performs Positive Work and increases the Kinetic Energy of the system (generator and prime mover). 6) The Regen-X Quantum Motor utilizes the Time Delayed Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy which performs Positive Work as it increases the Kinetic Energy of the system with zero energy input. 7) Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy performs Negative Work in conventional electric generators and Positive Work in ReGenX Generators when delayed sufficiently in the Time Domain. 8) Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy performs Positive Work in all conventional electric motors when external electric energy is supplied to the motor. 8a) When the Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy is delayed in the Time Domain in the ReGen-X Quantum Motor zero external electric energy is required to perform Positive Work (system Kinetic Energy increase). Test Methodology: Two different prototypes (E core design and C core design) will be employed in order to quantify and demonstrate; A) The Negative Work performed in the conventional electric generator when generating a certain magnitude of electric output power. B) The Load Current Sine Wave for the conventional generator coil. C) The magnitude of Rotational Kinetic Energy decrease created in the conventional generator by Electron Magnetic Field Energy (Photon Energy). D) The “black box” efficiency of the conventional electric generator (ignoring the mechanical output power produced). E) The Positive Work performed by the ReGenX Generator when generating a certain magnitude of electric output power.
  • 3. F) The Load Current Sine Wave for the ReGenX Generator coil. F) The magnitude of Rotational Kinetic Energy produced in the ReGenX Generator by Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy. G) The magnitude of Electron Magnetic Field (Photon) Energy – Flux Harvested from the ReGenX Generator coil to the conventional generator coil. H) The efficiency of the ReGenX Generator.
