This list is more or less a curation of tips I've surfaced from my reading or research and from what I've observed from being around some incredible investors and successful entrepreneurs. Note, this advice is geared towards ideation through product-market fit level startups, but the life tips are universally applicable I would say.
When possible, I tried to make the tip "actionable", which I define as something that's able to be done;
or an action having practical value.
So, in no particular order, I give you the Startup and Life Tips for Entrepreneurs: a Journal of Thoughts...
The Challenge Festival is a week-long conference and competition in the US Capital focused on bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, policymakers, investors, social innovators, technologists, and creatives who are tackling the grand challenges facing our world.
The Festival is a series of hundreds of distributed events powered by the community complemented by our core conference programming and parties.
The centerpiece of the Festival is the Challenge Cup, a global competition to identify the most promising startups tackling our greatest challenges. Over the course of the week, 64 startups from around the world will compete to determine the winner of the Challenge Cup.
Global Cash Flow Analysis: What, When, Why and HowLibby Bierman
The global cash flow analysis of complex borrower scenarios introduces fresh challenges for corporations, banks, and credit unions. Sageworks discussed best practices for conducting global cash flow analysis and adjusting for double counting, how spreadsheet-based programs can lead to inconsistencies, and how a probability of default can be implemented in the credit and lending process.

Being an entrepreneur in Brazil is very challenging, especially in a city that is not in one of big tech hubs. As I started my company, it was virtually impossible to find talent locally that had the right skillset and training. So my co-founders and I had to get creative and heavily invest in people’s development in order to build the team. We also learned how to create a vibrant company culture based on collaboration and communication that in turn started attracting more talent. Now, years later, we are the market leader in the sale and distribution of digital products and we have turned our little corner of Brazil in the next Silicon Valley. Join me to hear how to find and develop talent and company culture in an environment of talent scarcity and adversity.

What are the trends that are about to rock the world of tourism and marketing? Toposophy presented two of them to a packed crowd of tourism industry professionals at WTM London 2015.
While it's true that lots of people in our are talking about Millennials, does the wider community understand quite how important they are as consumers now? It's also true that they're definitely not all the same. At Toposophy we take the Millennials market seriously in all the work we do, so we're pleased to share some of our insights with you.

wait 2 and 1/2 years before you put the petal to the

shingles the summer after. And it was probably the
loneliest time in my life.

year - whoah!)
