1. I have worked with Taylor for the last 5 months. We are on the same team. Doing
customer service and making sure the store is neat and organized. Taylor works well with
people of all ages and with a lot of different personalities. Taylor is hard working, personable,
friendly and courteous with customers and co-workers. She takes directions well and stays on
task. She takes the initiative to get answers to customers questions and her own questions. She
steps up to the plate to make sure customers needs are met, even in areas of the store she isn’t
familiar with. Projects that she is given are done in a timely and organized manner due to her
ability to know how to prioritize her tasks. She is a confident, personable worker. Taylor has
tremendous potential and will be able to accomplish anything she sets out to do.
