To Whom It May Concern:
I am pleased to submit this letter of support for Ms. Andrea Tarver-Ryans. Andrea
can be described as energetic, passionate, and driven, but most importantly she is
an exceptional leader and an all-around good person. She and I met while serving
as admissions counselors/recruiters for our respected universities. She was inviting
and her endearing charisma allowed for us to create a nice professional
relationship.
While serving as recruiters, I watched Andrea represent her institution with the
upmost dignity and respect. She is competent and organized. While in her first
term as a recruiter she was recognized for her diligent efforts and record-breaking
number of freshmen applications. Andrea is incredibly driven. She is an Atlanta,
GA-area recruiter; therefore, much of her work is done from home. She has the
ability to be self-sufficient but is also a great contributor to team.
Andrea is not only dedicated to her work, but she is dedicated to helping others
succeed. She is a joy to be around and adds joy and laughter to the most stressful
situations. She will be a great asset to any team. In my opinion, Andrea will be a
great addition to your company.
