To Whom It May Concern:
Edward Shlikas is known and valued by members of our St. Paul's School for Girls' community.
He is a true professional who looks for ways to provide excellent service and is timely in his
delivery of assistance. He works extremely well with a diverse group of constituents. Edward is
knowledgeable and patient. He is trustworthy and trusting.
Edward enjoys knowing his colleagues, customers, and being of service. I am confident he will
be an asset to his next professional community. He strives for perfection and excellence. Edward
is a pleasure to work with and does not ask questions. Instead, he thinks about the ways in
which he can prevent and solve problems. I know that Edward has formed valuable
relationships while building systems in our school.
Edward is fair and kind. Edward seeks the good and tries to improve situations for the most and
least vocal community members. His follow through is excellent and he is very stable, no matter
how trying a situation can be.
