Ann-Marie got along well with both internal staff and clients regardless of seniority. She developed her communication skills and progressed to managing small teams, planning and reviewing their work to help with development. Ann-Marie had excellent attendance, was always well-dressed, and loyal to the firm. She contributed ideas to help the firm's growth and volunteered for first aid training.
