RE: Penni Lawrence Recommendation
To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure that I recommend Penni Lawrence for employment. Penni has
worked for me for about 7 weeks through a temporary service; however, she has proven
to be a very competent employee and an asset to our office.
Penni performed data entry in Excel, organized meetings and seminars for various
functions including room reservations and catering for breakfasts, luncheons and
evening events, and prepared letters and certificates of awards. Her handling of
telephone calls is most efficient and pleasant. I observed her to be organized, detail-
oriented, and a quick learner while performing these tasks. She was always willing to
do whatever was asked of her.
Penni is loyal, dependable and can be relied upon for good judgment. Her attendance
is above average and you can always count on her to be timely and enthusiastic.
In addition, she is very professional in the office, and team oriented.
I highly recommend Penni for any position in which her skills may be utilized and would
not hesitate to hire her if she were staying in Lubbock.
Sincerely,
