Purpose of the Alliance The Alliance is a coalition of Partners in Service (PIS) of Red Cross working towards the fulfillment of the Red Cross mission to save lives and alleviate of human suffering.
Under the supervision, coordination, direction and control of Red Cross, the Alliance's objectives are: To actively recruit, train, deploy and utilize empowered and trained Red Cross volunteers and certified blood donors within each partner's organization/community To deliver the basic Red Cross services, through their embedded Red Cross empowered volunteers and certified blood donors, in their respective communities, adjacent communities & to members of the coalition To help implement and support, whether through manpower, intellectual resources, assets, skills, or financial resources, the programs & services of Red Cross To standardize operating systems, protocols & procedures among members of the coalition to ensure inter-operability To promote the seamless exchange of information, ideas and best practices among coalition members to maximize collective effectiveness  Objectives of The Alliance
