 Ready to adopt the technological change.
Recommendation
On the basis of Analysis and Interview methods following result comes.
 The managerial staff is fully satisfied with the existing recruitment
and selection procedure.
 Recruitment and selection procedure is not lengthy.
 Recruitment and selection process is impartial.
