The HR manager at CITPR Ltd. did not follow proper HR processes, resulting in 25 students from TTC College of Engineering and Management being told they were denied final placement after being selected in a campus interview. By not having proper HR planning and delaying communication, the HR manager put the students' careers in jeopardy. Following only verbal commitments without official action can cause serious problems for participants. The case study aims to understand the importance of HR planning, recruitment processes, supervision of important matters, and HR communication to avoid such situations.
