In light of the current crisis, the coronavirus pandemic has underscored the need for rules to be revisited and reinvented so that the challenges of the past are overcome to create a more equitable, sustainable, and prosperous economy. It also reflected on areas of progress as well as stagnation in order to identify strategies, approaches, and tools to optimise how the future of work – as we emerge through the coronavirus pandemic – should be built.
