- Collect basic details, proofs,
PAN, etc., from Referrals
- Update available property
details to Referrals
- Monitor to avoid integrity issues
- Organize events to engage with
Referrals
- Coordinate closely till sale is
closed
- Share relevant metrics with
referrals to ensure better
performance as a team
How our association is compensated?

Referrals will be paid 50% of the revenue from Sellers less
Taxes i.e., 10.30%TDS and 12.36% Service Tax
Responsibilities of Referrals

Identify Buyers and explain Estatemaker's Terms and Conditions.
Get regular available Property details through Associates,
Meet Clients on time,
Collect KYC details from Buyers,
Arrange Site Visits for Buyers,
Get feedback form filled after finalized sale
Generate Referrals after Sale
