! COIT is one of the largest specialty-cleaning & restoration companies in the world with franchises in
the United States, Canada and Thailand. COIT's experienced team of corporate and franchise business leaders
are passionate about earning the trust of its home, business and insurance industry customers by providing a
continually expanding list of value-driven cleaning and restoration services. COIT faced the challenge of having
great services and offerings, but not enough traffic to supply their franchisees with many leads.

! In November of 2008, IMA Interactive attained our first COIT franchise here in San Francisco. Prior to
IMA Interactive, the San Francisco COIT franchise had utilized ReachLocal for their PPC campaigns with
inconsistent results and fee transparency. After IMA reduced COIT Corporate average Cost Per Lead by 45%, we
have gone on to generate more than 21,000 + leads and attained 20 additional franchises throughout the United
States.

Coit was looking for a digital agency to create a national strategy for both our
corporate locations and our franchise network.We chose to work with IMA Interactive
and it has been a great relationship. IMA is honest and collaborative and the results
speak for themselves. SEO results have increased 300%, our Pay Per Click cost per lead
has decreased by more than 50%, we have a national Social Media campaign for our

• For the entire test period, ReachLocal’s Cost Per Lead numbers were more than $12 higher than IMA’s.

• After reviewing the campaign, both COIT franchises were able to reduce their overall PPC budget while increasing web orders
and lowering conversion rate costs.Through ReachLocal both COIT franchises were unable to reduce their overall PPC budget
and could not effectively determine how much of their monthly budget was going toward their media budget (Google) vs. how
much they were paying in management fees.
