This document outlines features of e-learning and was authored by R.D. Sivakumar, an Assistant Professor of Computer Science, and co-authored by K. Sivakami, a student of M.Com. E-learning is described as student-centered, self-paced learning that can be delivered through various methods like CDs, DVDs, the internet, and more. It allows for teaching content like text, pictures, animation, audio and video to be delivered from any environment in an efficient manner and can provide an engaging learning experience beyond traditional classrooms.
