The Plan 9 OS Shell
Goals
● Improve on other UNIX shells
● Better parsing
● Be like Bourne/BASH but with "less
  idiosyncratic syntax"[1]
  ○ Syntax draws on C rather than Algol 68 (brackets
      rather than keywords)
