 Construction, operation and maintenance of Bait Al Baraka Palace (Residence) and it’s
associated properties of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said speeded over a area of 710 Acres
and an average electrical consumption of 1,50,000 units per day.
 Carry out the operation and maintenance of His Majesty Sultan Qaboos Bin Said properties in
Egypt for a period of two years.
