2. Now in Direct reduction plant from 2008 to till date
RESPONSIBILITY
 As electrical supervisor the main responsibility is to assured the electrical department
and operational person at the Time of start up of plant that all the electrical parameters
are ok and well working condition.
 After the steady operation stage is achieved, execute work in the electrical parameters
to ensure that no trouble comes in electrical section, so that plant is being operated in
an efficient and safe manner and ensure quality of work.
 Review daily electrical maintenance work orders and classify them into corrective or
preventive maintenance categories.
 Study all electrical maintenance requests and prioritizes them in order of importance.
 Overall responsibility of electrical activities which includes attending electrical break
downs.
 Planning and Performing preventive maintenance, critical motors inspection and Prepare
daily management reports based upon analysis of previous day’s activities.
 Assist Head of section and ensuring proper spare parts for reducing breakdown, creating
Purchase request and reservation to issue the material.

3.  Reporting and discussing with HOD of about shift problems and maintenance schedule
and regarding spares.
 During operational condition, check the critical electrical equipment for proper working
to reduce the break down.
 Supervise the Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance team to carried out
the electrical job, so that plant runs smoothly.
 Work as a team, co ordinate with mechanical and operation department for
troubleshooting for achieve the organization goal.

 Maintenance of Reactor DC Drives (simence) 6RA70 KLIN DRIVE 2 no master and slave.
 Installation and Maintenance of transformer 12 MVA
 Maintenance and operation of Ht breakers up to 13.8kv and medium Voltage breakers
up to 4.16kv (siemens and cuttler hammer) VCB.
