Project Description: CVOS (Central View of Stock) it is an inventory stock for eCom of Telefonica’s retails stores
and online stores. The intent is for the Central View of Stock solution (implemented for C&CN Service) to be

enhanced to increase automation of stock limited items (to reduce human effort and errors with data input) and
increase stock allocations across the various Telefonica sales channels.
Project Description: The Be More Remarkable Programme (BMR) aims to replace the AmdocsClarify CRM system by
BMC Remedy ITSM. To achieve this objective, the BMC Remedy ITSM toolset will be employed within Telefónica UK to
support and manage all Service Management activities for Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request
Management.
