PDHPE (Personal Development, Health and Physical Education) teaches students important knowledge, skills, and values to help them grow into happy, healthy, and productive members of society. It helps children develop an awareness of healthy lifestyles, understand their nutritional needs to make good choices, and encourages safer decision-making and comfort with bodily changes.
