2. E-Curricula Track Manager July 2005- Dec.2007

• Drive the e-Curricula track plans in coordination with other JEI track managers at
the JEI PMO to ensure the success of the development and deployment of JEI e-
Curricula.
• Coordinate with the Curricula Department at the Ministry of Education, and where
necessary with the Training and Technology Departments to ensure the alignment of
the e-Curricula with the MoE General Curriculum Framework for the success of e-
Curricula in the public Schools.
• Participate in the review of e-Curricula programs/proposals submitted to the JEI
PMO and align them with MoE Curricula plans.
• Coordinate e-Curricula workshops/focus groups with local e-Curriculum developers
and different global partners and drive resulting reporting and follow up actions.
• Ensure individual projects are delivered in compliance with JEI PMO standards and
norms (e.g. as regards quality, timing, reporting)
• Drive the JEI e-Curricula Track reporting and status tracking.
• Evaluate new projects offered to the JEI to be implemented in the Discovery Schools.
• Work closely with teachers and schools’ principals to enhance the use of ICT.
• Bring in and manage new innovative ideas to schools by communicating with local
and global companies.

focuses on good teaching practices that provide students with the 21st century skills
such as using student-centered approaches, critical thinking, project-based learning
and cooperative learning.
- Designed and conduct ‘Change Management’ training which focuses on building
school’s vision, developing implementation strategies, identifying Key Performance
indicators and producing success stories.
- Prepared a user guide for the Interactive white board and a trainer for teachers using
the board.

During my experience as a leader and school teacher I was involved in different
