addressed within the stipulated time frame.
o Communicating and liaising with agents, shipping lines & airlines on a regular basis to evaluate existing
service level and rates.
o Coordinated with the General Manager and Business Development Manager on special projects.
o Dealt directly with customers either by telephone or electronically to ensure promised service levels
and requests are met up with. Directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
o Overlooking the invoicing for clients to process error free transactions simultaneously in line with
agreed quotes and rates.
o Managing customer queries, feedback and complaints received in matters of service and trying to get
