Responsibilities: 1. Handling Export & Import Sea & Air shipments from beginning to end.
3. Arrange the bookings with the Shipping Lines and the documentation of the file.
4. Follow the filing of the Export & Import files.
5. Coordinate with customs agent, truckers and ship lines.
6. Specific duties include, setting up bookings, arranging for pick-up on inland transportation, and following up
to ensure shipment has reached its final destination.
7. Responsible to follow the drivers and trucks till they arrived to Factory and return back to POL & POD
8. Responsible for making primary booking with marine Lines and follow up latest update for vessels schedule
and latest update about them.
9. Responsible for airway bills, shipping export & import declarations and measuring freight.
10. Ensure compliance to the customers' shipping requirement.
11. Match the pickup order and all relevant shipping documents with the booking slips.
12. Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently.
