The document describes an Andy design for rail transportation that improves upon current designs. The Andy design uses 1/3 the fuel for the same horsepower and doubles the speed through low rolling friction bearings. It can achieve 2.5 times the speed and 7.5 times the fuel efficiency, emitting only 1/7.5 the carbon emissions compared to current rail designs. The Andy design is also proposed for larger transportation such as 150,000 ton seafaring trains that can travel at speeds up to 3000 kmph.
