Description:
Hybrid Mobile Factory is a service line where mobile application solutions are provided for
various platforms like Android, Windows, Blackberry, etc.
Contribution:
Involved in testing mobile apps which are developed for various industries. Worked on
“Royal Scotland Bank” mobile app which is “RBS Access” which is used for their internal
purpose.
Did analysis and chosen tools for mobile automation and implemented them for the apps
which are developed and being developed in the mobile factory. Implemented Automation
tools like Rational Test Workbench, Perfecto & eggPlant. Beta testing tools like TestFairy &
IBM MQA are implemented. Worked with eggPlant & Perfecto teams and got evaluation
licenses and using the tool for POC purposes. Achieved continuous integration by deploying
these tools in DST environment.

4. Project : FATCA Compliance Project
Period : From May2014 to June 2015

Description:
FATCA is a US regulatory requirement that's being implemented by TD Bank Canada.
The goal of FATCA is to combat tax evasion by mandating that non-US financial institutions
(FFIs) report select information on certain accounts to the IRS. To achieve this goal, FATCA
requires FFIs to enter into legal contracts with the IRS or suffer a 30% withholding tax on a
broad range of payments.
Contribution:
Preparing estimates/schedule and allocate test activities to team members and tracking.
Reviews against the new requirements and Change Requests. Reporting test execution
status. Maintaining the defect status and track all the defects to the closure.
Project : National Australia Bank

Description:
National Australia Bank, NAB’s core system overhaul, called NextGen for ‘Next Generation
Platform’, in which the bank has picked Oracle’s i-flex platform as the centerpiece of its
banking operations. NAB is in the process of implementing NextGen Product and replacing
their legacy systems. NAB is currently heavily constrained by legacy systems and
processes, which impacts NAB’s ability to remain competitive within the Australian market.
The project involves teams from IBM, NAB, Infosys and Oracle.
Contribution:
Involved in understanding Client's Requirements, scenarios/Processes/Use cases and
Testing/Leading Test teams in various modules in the Release R2A such as Payments,
Customer Portal (Internet Banking), FlexCube Banker Workbench application (Front end
teller application) and Scheme Debit cards.
Lead a team of 13 analysts in R2B release in the execution stage of the regression testing
phase for Payments domain. Responsibilities include envisioning the planning, management
& reporting, allocation of execution targets, batch requirement planning, recruitment and
up skilling of test execution team, liaising with fix, support and vendor teams for the
expedition of testing.
Involved in Hyper care phase (post go-live). Assisted the Hyper Care testing team in
Sydney by testing the critical production defects. End to end testing (From Opening various
types of accounts and till closing them) was done on the critical production issues with a
quick turnaround time.
Was deputed at “Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, Chennai” office by NAB client to upskill
their employees in Payments functional area. Provided training, handholding support and
assistance in test planning & batch planning.
