In 2013 National government Services (NGS) an Anthem
subsidiary, approached RADCube to help conduct a nationwide
stakeholder review and website usability assessment of their
customer site NGSMedciare.com.
The Strategy
RADCube provided a thorough site review and audit covering
15,000 pages and searchable elements. RADCube also
conducted a 4 week interview with hundreds of Medicare
providers, suppliers, and customers, from the multiple lines of
business within NGS (part A, part B, DME, HHH, FQHC, and
more).
