PRODUCT BRIEF
BiteRite is a subscription based meal dealivery platform, based on medical condition of the user. User need to visit
Nutritionist and based on your BMI and BMR report Nutritionist will suggest the appropriate meal plan.
PROBLEMS WE ARE TRYING TO SOLVE
1. Users are not renewing the subscription.
2. Subscribed users are not taking the meals.
3. Despite of all promotional activities it was failed to make an impact.
4. BiteRite was unable to inspire people to accept a Nutritious Lifestyle.
WHO ARE THE USERS OF THE SITE:
Primary Audience: Medical patients.
Secondary Audience: Health Enthusiast,Non-Customers and ex-customers

Created a chat bot for maintain retailers inventory and help them to place orders in one click. Display all the out of stock
and low stock product which will help the retailers to maintain their business shamelessly . Also help the retailers to display
a combination of pull and push products.

1. Increase frequency of orders.
2. Hashelfree stock maintain .
3. Increase the efficiency of inventory management.
4. Decrease the manual effort.
5. Mix the pull and push product.

1. Placing order and maintaining the invetory is totally a manual process.
2. Every day retailer need to match the stock to keep track of the stocks of each item.
3. Most of the time every retailer spend lot of time to figur out the high margin products.
4. No time for exploring new products.
5. Sales team interrupt their business timing.

1. It is very difficult to convince retailer to place orders.
2. It requires multiple follow ups.
3. Hard to introduce new products.
4. lot of manual effort.

After all the data analysis, the possible solution to the problem is to brought a inventory management system which can
automate lot of manual efforts.
we introduce a chat bot and barcode scanner integrated with it, so every time retailer sale a product and scan the bar code
it effects the inventory and update the stock.

This is a web app created for ICICI Bank for the user to manage their expendeture. This is a paid web app which ICICI
bank coustomers can use.
PROBLEMS WE ARE TRYING TO SOLVE
1. Increase active users.
2. Solve the purpose in a simple way.
3. Proper display of data.
4. Engage more users.
5. Value for money as this is a paid application.
WHO ARE THE USERS OF THE SITE:
Target Audience: Working professionals age group 26 to 36 (Based on ICICI bank data)
TELEPHONIC INTERVIEW WITH THE USERS
Based on the data captured during the users interview. Here are the list of pain points need the most attention.
1. No clear Data.
2. Not able to create coustom transaction categories.
3. Don’t know how to cancel the subscription.
4. No filters.
5. Don’t know how to use it.
6. Don’t know how to logout.
7. Not able to create groups. (Like Food, Travel etc.)
8. UI is not self explanatory.
