RAD Biomed Incubator is an Israeli biotech incubator located in Tel Aviv that was established in 1992. It focuses on supporting scientists and entrepreneurs from developing biotech projects into viable businesses. The incubator provides lab space, funding, management support, and business development assistance to six active graduate companies and nine current incubator companies working in areas like drug delivery, gene therapy, and medical devices. The goal is to help the projects advance technologies from concept to commercialization by establishing business models, intellectual property positions, and demonstrating profitability in targeted markets.

4. Our Philosophy
RBM is a biotech incubator that serves as a natural interface between
the world of Israeli academic research and the global biotech industry
Long term vision: to build viable businesses and to create sustainable
benefits to the economy and a significant return to investors and to
the entrepreneurs
The goal of the incubation period is to prove the
technological concept and its feasibility and to
advance it towards commercialization.
To attain our goal we establish for each project a business model &
strong IP position, and demonstrate that it can attain profitability
in a targeted market segment
