This document presents 17 cases describing patients with various continuous murmurs. Case 1 involves a 15-year-old girl with a continuous murmur heard at the left second intercostal space and clavicle, accompanied by a thrill and late systolic accentuation. Case 2 describes a 45-year-old man with a continuous murmur and thrill over the left sternal edge following heavy lifting. Case 3 involves a 1-year-old infant with a continuous murmur and unexpected ECG changes of myocardial infarction.
