1/4 yard of yellow confetti for binding
Scraps of assorted bright prints
1 yard of green ribbon
1/2 yard of backing fabric
15'' x 31'' piece of batting
From the panel,cut:
6-1/2'' x 22-1/2'' fussy cut piece
From the yellow confetti,cut:
(2) 2-1/4'' x 42'' strips for binding
From the assorted brights,a total of:
(32) 2-1/2'' squares

Sewing Directions: (Seam allowance is 1/4”unless stated otherwise)
MAKING THE WALL HANGING
1.Sew (11) 2-1/2'' bright squares together to make a pieced border.Make a second pieced border.Sew these
borders to the top and bottom of the panel.
2.Sew (5) 2-1/2'' bright squares together to make a side pieced border.Make a second side pieced border.
Sew these to the sides of the panel.
FINISHING
1.Layer the wall hanging top with the backing and btting and quilt s desired.Use the (2) 2-1/4'' x 42'' yellow
confetti strips to bind the quilt.
2.Cut (4) 7'' lengths of green ribbon.Fold each piece in half and stitch to the back of the wall hanging,
spacing evenly across the top edge.

MAKING THE BIB
1.Following the manufactuer's instructions,trace the templates for the bear head,snout,and ears onto the
paper side of fusible web.Trace any embroidery lines as well.Cut out each shape about 1/8'' outside the
drawn lines.Press each template to the wrong side of the appropriate fabric and cut out on the drawn lines.
Using a window or lightbox,trace the embroidery lines onto the front of the fabric pieces.
2.Fuse the pieces onto the bib and finish all applique edges using a decorative stitch.Stitch the embroidery
lines in a contrasting color thread.
1/2 yard of printed block fabric
Fiberfill stuffing
Materials You Will Need:
Blocks (Makes 4)
Sewing Directions: (Seam allowance is 1/4”unless stated otherwise)
MAKING THE BLOCKS
1.Referring to the cutting diagram,fussy cut a shape that is (4) blocks wide
and (3) blocks tall,leaving a 1/4'' seam allowance around all outer edges.
2.Press all seams in 1/4",and press and fold between printed block sides.
3.Sew square #6 to squares #2,3,and 5.Join squares #2 and 5.
4.Stuff firmly with fiberfill and sew square #1 to squares #2,3,and 5 to close the block.
5.Repeat for each block.
