  • 2. WHAT GENDER ARE YOU? Female Male From the result we can conclude that the majority of the audience is female however, there is a large number of males also. This could mean that people we interview, voice over etc will be mainly female but still include aspects from males to reach to a wide audience.
  • 3. HOW OLD ARE YOU? 17 16 28 34 44 45 46 18 36 21 12 26 24 50 The majority of the audience is 17 however, there is also a large variety of ages. This means we need to target at a wide age range but still making it appealing to a younger generation.
  • 4. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE COLOUR? Blue Pink Green Purple Orange Yellow Red white From the results we can see that the most appealable colours would be green and blue, however there is a range of colours so perhaps we could incorporate other colours in other more subtle aspects.

Breakfast 6am-9am Daytime 9am-3pm Prime time 6pm-9pm Post watershed 9pm and after The most popular time slots are prime time and post watershed which shows that our chosen time of post watershed is appropriate as many people will sit down to watch TV at this chosen time.

  • 7. HOW OFTEN DO YOU WATCH TV? Sales A lot Rarely Occasionaly Never From these results it shows that most people we interviewed watch TV in some amount. This means that most of our audience will have access to our documentary and perhaps be willing to watch it.
  • 8. DO YOU LIKE ICE CREAM? Sales Yes No Almost everyone we interviewed said we liked ice cream, this means our chosen topic is relatable and people will perhaps enjoy it.
  • 9. WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE FLAVOUR? Chocolate Strawberry Mint N/A Raspberry Vanilla Banana Bubblegum Strawberry Cheesecake Orange Berries Peanut Butter There are a few popular flavours of ice cream, this could help us when filming to focus mainly on these flavours when discussing the topic.

Magnum Ben and Jerry's Wall's N/A Screwball All Carte d'or Lidl's own Cornetto From this result we can see that there is a clear favourite brand of ice cream, this shows that we could explore this area and focus on Ben and Jerry’s ice cream in our documentary.
