This document is a questionnaire for a music video survey. It asks participants about their gender, age, preferred music genres, feelings they look for in music videos, where they watch music videos, if they prefer videos with special effects, if they prefer videos that match lyrics or are random, and for rock videos specifically what elements they would like included such as narrative, performance shots, or concept-based elements. The questionnaire is intended to gather opinions from music fans to help inform the creation of a music video for a media coursework project, and ensures all participant details will remain confidential.
