IPC Media produces over 60 media brands focused on three core audiences: men aged 18-25, mass market women aged 16-25, and upmarket women aged 25-35. Their magazines include lifestyle, gossip, fashion, leisure, and home interest titles. While IPC is a large publisher known for these genres, they do not currently publish acoustic music magazines. A new acoustic music magazine would fill a gap in IPC's portfolio, help them appeal to younger male audiences, and allow them to branch out into an up-and-coming genre.
