Sistema jurídico Romano-renacentista
Finales del siglo XII /pp XIII. - 1700 d.C. Comienza cuando se empieza a establecer el derecho común que era la conjunción de tres elementos jurídicos: Derecho Romano Justinianeo; Derecho Feudal Lombardo; Derecho Canónico. Ese Derecho Común va a ir penetrando en los diferentes reinos feudales y se asentó como principio básico pero en el siglo XVIII va a tener un rechazo por parte de los propios monarcas. Se acaba en el año 1700 cuando tuvo lugar un cambio dinástico español. Muere Carlos II de los Austrias y llegan los Borbones. El cambio se basa en el cambio de mentalidad de más tradicional a más innovador.
Época de los Derechos Territoriales. Los derechos locales van perdiendo terreno, apareciendo un derecho general para todo el territorio. Se forman entre el s. XIII y siglo XIV. Con ellos se va a pretender unificar el Derecho en los diferentes reinos españoles.
Origen de la Ley. Predominio de la ley sobre la costumbre. En cada reino español nace de diferentes organismos: en Castilla el origen es el Rey; en la Corona de Aragón es el Rey y las Cortes; y en las Navarra únicamente las Cortes.
La cultura jurídica: derecho común. Conjunto de 3 derechos jurídicos:
Derecho Romano Justinianeo. Se basa en el Digesto y proviene de Oriente.
Derecho Canónico. Es diferente al visigodo. No es el mismo que en los Concilios de Toledo, sino de la Iglesia Universal. Se transmite a través de Colecciones Canónicas: Decreto Graciano; Decretales de Gregorio IX y el Corpus Iuris Canonicii.
Derecho Feudal Lombardo.
Derecho Romano Justiniano: El Código de Justiniano (en latín, Codex Iustinianus) es una recopilación de constituciones imperiales promulgada por el emperador Justiniano, en una primera versión, el 7 de abril de 529, y en una segunda, el 17 de noviembre de 534. Este último forma parte del denominado Corpus Iuris Civilis.
El "primer" Código de Justiniano (conocido como Codex vetus o primus) fue la primera obra elaborada dentro del proceso recopilador de Derecho romano justiniano. Esta obra no se ha conservado, salvo por un fragmento del índice. Fue preparado por una comisión de juristas, presidida por Triboniano, comenzando sus labores en febrero de 528. Los comisionados debían recopilar las constituciones imperiales vigentes en la época, pudiendo utilizar obras anteriores como el Código Teodosiano del año 438, de carácter oficial, y el Código Gregoriano de 293 y Hermogeniano, de carácter privado. Con la promulgación de este código se dejó sin efecto los anteriores. El derecho justiniano es el derecho más importante del mundo romano sobre todo hacia el siglo II, donde alcanza su máximo esplendor, este derecho sirvió para realizar muchos códigos civiles actuales entre ellos el francés o el español.

- 2. Images In my work I have included 3 images of the main star of the magazine issue. I have used an image of the front cover on the contents page ,making the magazine more realistic as many other magazines do this. I have also included an image of a pair of headphones on the front cover to be used as a plug. On the front cover the magazine special guest is the main image, she’s posed in a slightly intimidating way, with her hood up and looking into the lens of the camera with a serious expression. She is posed again on the contents page looking less intimidating, but still with the hood up for a gangster look. Then on the double page spread I have used the same poser once again but this time wearing a change of clothes and positioned comfortably and confidently on a funky leopard chair.
- 3. Mise-en-scene andTarget audience The mise-en-scene communicates about the people represented that they are into the art of music and also design, shown with the graffiti background. Although it is well known that crime plays a big part in this social group/genre of music. It communicates that the social group can be intimidating with hoods up and hands in pockets (shown on front cover and contents), but then up close it can be just an act. The mise-en-scene shows bright colours, which represent the social group as they like to stand out with their fashion and music. My product represents its target audience with it’s mise-en-scene. The target audience is hip-hop/RnB/rap lovers, this social group is involved with graffiti, hoods up and confidence.

It mostly does this through images such as the cover girl is looking unapproachable and mischievous with her hood up. Also most people tend to associate black people with this genre, but my magazine challenges this as I have a white poser. My magazine has been able to represent it’s social group in many ways such as using what most people would say is unisex colours, this shows that the social group is mixed gender.
