- 2. CAUSE AND EFFECT DIAGRAM is a tool that helps identify, sort and display possible causes of a specific problem or quality characteristic. Graphically it illustrates the relationship between a given outcome and all the factors that influence the outcome. It is also called an ‘ISHIKAWA DIAGRAM’ because it was invented by KORU ISHIKAW or a FISH-BONE diagram because of the way it looks.

- 6. UNIVERSITY Location of the University should be within the reach of companies. Proper arrangements of the systems and laboratories. Access to the latest technology. Campus recruitment training must be provided to the students. Foreign internship should be permitted.
- 7. Equal opportunity must be provided to every candidate. Abolition of gender and colour bias. High packages must be provided by the companies. Eradication of LPG policies. Reservation should only be given to the needies. Marketing policies must be improved. Increment in the number of seats. Recruiter must not carry preconceived notions.
- 8. Student must have better communication skills. Good aptitude and reasoning skills. Good maintenance of academic record. Positive attitude and no arrogance towards placement. Cooperative towards the company. College must not be selected on the basis of one’s comfort. Selecting college without supervising their placement policies and image.
- 9. We must develop interpersonal skills. Communication skills must be enhanced. Focus must be enhanced on academic and extra curricular activities. Proper knowledge of computers. Development of good aptitude and reasoning skills. Impactful Resume. Active participation in workshops and group activities. Student are both consumer and producer of their own education experience.
