2. CAUSE AND EFFECT DIAGRAM is a tool that helps
identify, sort and display possible causes of a
specific problem or quality characteristic. Graphically
it illustrates the relationship between a given
outcome and all the factors that influence the
outcome. It is also called an ‘ISHIKAWA DIAGRAM’
because it was invented by KORU ISHIKAW or a
FISH-BONE diagram because of the way it looks.

Location of the University should be within the reach of
companies.
Proper arrangements of the systems and laboratories.
Access to the latest technology.
Campus recruitment training must be provided to the
students.
Foreign internship should be permitted.
