Key Responsibilities:
 To perform inspection of Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Piping, columns, cryogenic vessels, silencers as per
applicable standards and customized client specification / requirements.
 Prepare QAP, QCP/ITP, work methods / procedures and all required quality documents as per project
requirements.
 Ensure latest, approved and ready for construction drawings are issued to construction team before
commencing and throughout fabrication process.
 Verify Inward inspection report with MTC’s and to check PMI [if required] as per ASME sec. II Part A & B
(ferrous and non ferrous respectively).
 Perform inline inspection during fabrication and to co ordinate with client for stage wise inspection of the
product based on approved test plan.
 Ensure all NDT reports and to meet the project requirements as per acceptance standards.
 Review, verify weld maps prior to fabrication, to plan for weekly inspection activities and prepare look ahead
schedule,
 Verify and submit Final Inspection dossiers / Test packs required as per QAP, for client approval and to
document Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC).
 Responsible for the quality implementation of Project Quality System regarding welding activities in contract
project.
 Management representative [MR] for the company to face audits of ASME and other TPI’s.
 Verify NCR, if any and to monitor satisfactory closeout with respective corrective and preventive action.
