delicious and festive)! Questions are welcomed by all.

•Holiday menu offering many holiday favorites, blended in a healthier way
•Hand outs designed by our in-house Registered Dietitians will be available to the people on your team to take home (if they’d
like), which provide suggestions for how to make your holidays healthier (and in turn, happier)!
