BIO-MED SCIENCES: Bioimaging – Ultrasound Imaging ULTRASOUND IMAGING via computational models NOVEL BIOMEDICAL IMAGING AND DIAGNOSTIC APPLICATIONS using nano-size magnetic biomarkers Standard Ultrasound uses time stamps to calculate geometric properties of an artery. This works using system-identification techniques to recover the mass-spring-damper models. From these models, mechanical properties of the artery can be calculated.
